Immigration
Immigration law is complex, and the right strategy depends on the specific facts of each case. Our office works with individuals, families, and businesses to evaluate available immigration options and develop a personalized plan based on their goals and circumstances.
We guide clients through each stage of the immigration process with careful analysis, clear communication, and individualized legal support.

Human Trafficking & Forced Labor
Human trafficking is a form of exploitation that may involve the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain labor, services, or a commercial sex act. It can occur in many settings, including workplaces where individuals may be pressured, threatened, or financially trapped in ways that limit their freedom and autonomy.
Our office provides legal services and strategic guidance for victims, survivors, and others seeking to prevent or address human trafficking and forced labor. We are especially committed to raising awareness about forced labor risks in the nursing and healthcare industries and assisting individuals who have been impacted by trafficking, coercive labor practices, or related exploitation.

Civil Litigation

Our office represents clients in individual and class action cases involving the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, fraud, deceptive or unfair business practices, and other civil claims. We focus on cases where individuals have been harmed by coercive, exploitative, or unlawful conduct and need strong, strategic advocacy.
