About Magen E. Kellam

Magen Kellam is the founder of the Law Offices of Magen E. Kellam, P.A. in Naples, Florida. She is licensed to practice in Florida and admitted to practice in the following federal courts:

In connection with her immigration practice, Magen represents clients before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration Court, U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Department of State, and U.S. Consulates and Embassies around the world. 

For more than 17 years she has advocated for individuals across the globe in matters from U.S. citizenship to deportation defense. She is an advocate for human rights and has collaborated with government and non-government organizations to pursue justice for immigrants and foreign workers. Magen is known for her work in the fight against human trafficking and since 2006 she has assisted countless survivors of sex and labor trafficking. Her mission includes seeking justice in court, immigration relief, educating the community, preventing exploitation, and empowering survivors.

When she is not representing clients from around the world, Magen likes to spend time traveling, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. She loves learning about different countries, cultures, food, and she is always seeking adventure. Magen believes this mindset has helped her connect with clients on a more personal level, which has always been a top priority for her.
